Got a great deal on a new bike from Bret. I told him what I wanted out of the deal and he made it happen. No add on BS dealer fees or games. No pressure on the sale, I was happy to make a deal before I even got to the dealership.
Once I arrived, Chris the finance guy was great too. Very helpful and lots of explanation with no pressure on the available policies/warranties/financing.
Traveling across Houston early this morning found myself with a large bubble in the rear tire of my Honda Goldwing. Made my way carefully to Wild West Honda hoping to be fortunate enough to get the tire replaced so that I might still be able to meet up with my riding buddies.
Arrived approximately 45 minutes prior to their opening. After a short while the employees arrived and set about their work in preparing to open the store. The “Finance” guy kindly greeted me and after friendly conversation on motorcycles pointed out the service area entrance and suggested I proceed there so I would be positioned first for service. I thanked him and repositioned my bike so I would be near the service entrance.
The service manager quickly greeted me and asked how they could help. Told him about my issue with the rear tire. He quickly checked stock and immediately located my choice for the replacement, for me in quickly and I was ready to go within a half-hour.
Found the friendliness of all the employees I encountered at the dealership to be fantastic. I also have wish to recognize the fact that the folks here could get by with charging additional for convenience (given my situation). However, they saw to it that I received personalized service and a reasonably proced tire (comparing the price to online it was $8 less for their tire).
